Once per month we run a 1 hour board review. This is the operating
rhythm that keeps the business on track. We review: revenue and financial performance, sales pipeline and growth activity, delivery performance, team capacity and structure, key client health,
strategic priorities for the next month. Think of it as your monthly board meeting.

Impact Hours
Alongside the board structure you receive 40 Impact Hours per year. These hours allow you to deploy specialist support when the
business needs it. Examples: rebuilding the revenue engine, designing sales processes, hiring key leadership roles, improving pricing and positioning, fixing operational bottlenecks, implementing AI and automation, improving founder performance and resilience.
